What was the event like in 2025?
From the moment doors opened, the energy was electric. Over 100 HR and People Consultants, partners, speakers and sponsors gathered to learn, collaborate and celebrate everything that makes our industry so powerful. The atmosphere was one of generosity, encouragement and shared purpose , exactly what I hoped to achieve when I first created this event.

Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some answers to some of the most common questions we got asked in 2025
Is there a hotel or parking discount ?
Yes there is, however we urge you to book early and many people booked at the IBIS or premier Inn and got a £7 taxi to the Hilton Hotel - savings a lot of money.
Is the venue easy reach?
Yes - it's 10 minutes walk from the Birmingham International Train station and just off the motorway with onsite parking. It is also at the airport if you are flying into the event.
Do award finalists need to buy a ticket?
Yes - all attendees, including finalists, will need to purchase a ticket to join the event. We have reserved places for the finalists so they are able to take part in the celebrations.
Can I bring flyers or promotional materials?
No - we ask that you only bring business cards. Out of respect for our paying exhibitors we ask that you don't engage in promotional selling during the event.
What happens after the event ?
Sponsors and exhibitors will offer exclusive follow-ups, including webinars and event offers. You'll also hear about how the HR Consultancy Academy can support your long term growth.
Can I cancel my order?
The tickets are non refundable and strictly non transferable. We take security seriously and must be able to have visibility of who might want to attend our events.
Will I get a ticket?
Your invoice is confirmation of your ticket and you will be able to register when you arrive and pick up your badge. Where people book very last minute this may be handwritten !
