  2. I'd like to share with you one of my secrets to success.

3 years ago I discovered Arbonne. An amazing range of Vegan, Gluten Free products that help with your nutrition to maximise your health and energy.

In addition to this the range of skincare and make up products not only make you look great but are all botanical and beneficial.

So if you lack energy, want to maximise your sporting performance or just want to look your best please take a look.

  3. This week has been full of coaching calls for HR Consultants. The key themes this week revolve around :

    • How do I charge for my services ?
    • Should I discount to get work?
    • Is networking still the best way to get business?

Working out your "Why" and then your "What and How" are some of the first steps when setting up. Even before this though is to explore what your ideal work/life balance looks like.

We will be exploring all of these topics next week on our "Is Consulting Right for You" events . Still a few places left so it would be great to see you there.

More info on the events page.

  4. On International Women's Day I want to reflect on a conversation I had with a lovely lady earlier this week.

I have always been passionate in seeing potential in people and inspiring and motivating people to stretch themselves to try new options. I heard the sadness that this lady had in her voice as she thought she had no option but to retire at the age of 60 because she couldn't get a role in HR, after many years at a senior level.

We spoke about the options of being a consultant and smashed some myths about age and that you can have contol over the hours you work and when you work.

A few hours after this call she contacted me to say that she had now changed her LinkedIn profile from Retired to Consultant and was going to attend our workshop.

and this is why I love what I do. There is nothing better that somone having hope for a better future.

    Have a great weekend.
